How can I sync my subscriptions across devices?

Subtrack automatically syncs subscriptions across your devices with iCloud. Make sure iCloud is enabled on your devices.

I can't get my subscriptions to sync across devices. What should I do?

Initial sync can take a few seconds depending on your internet connection. If sync still does not finish, go to Settings, Advanced, Force iCloud Sync. If the issue continues, contact Subtrack support.

Do you collect my personal data?

Subtrack does not collect the personal subscription data you enter in the app. The app uses Apple's built-in anonymized metrics for crash reports, session length, device type, and locale.

Do I have to purchase PRO version for all my devices separately?

No. The PRO in-app purchase is a one-time purchase that works across devices using the same Apple ID. Restore purchases on new devices to enable PRO.

Is there a family version for Subtrack?

Yes. Subtrack offers a family upgrade in-app purchase that enables PRO features and can be shared with up to six iCloud Family members.

Is there a way to export my subscriptions?

Yes. Subtrack can export all added subscriptions as a CSV file from Settings, Export as CSV.
